Really helpful and friendly staff, particularly Clare and Sumaya on reception and Dee in the cafe. The decor is clean and comfortable - any minor niggles were dealt with efficiently and effectively with apologies for any inconvenience. Overall a great place to stay, 12 minutes to Fortitude Valley train station and about 15-20 minutes to the bars at Fortitude valley and another 10 or so to Howard Smith wharves. Bus stops are sited near the apartments and the surrounding area felt very safe. The outdoor pool on the 7th floor is clean with partial shade if desired with comfy sun beds. We were there for 5 nights with no noise disruption from the building construction nearby. The one bed apartment had everything needed to comfortably self cater with laundry facilities including iron and ironing board, microwave, medium fridge/small freezer, electric hob and oven, plenty of cupboard storage, separate dressing area between the bathroom and bedroom and an amazing balcony with table and chairs with great views.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location for my trip. I was visiting family in Herston, going to a concert in Fortitude Valley, and caught a day trip from the Bridbane Coach terminal. All these were close by and easily accesable from my apartment. Plus, there are many restaurants and attractions nearby (I walked to the Institute of Modern Art). The apartment was a great size and had everything I needed. Lovely views from balcony and rooftop. The cafe downstairs served a fantastic breakfast that I was able to take back to the apartment. The staff were attentive and friendly. Lovely pool and plenty of outdoor areas. TV in the lounge room had a good variety of things to watch with Foxtel. Walk through closet had enough space for all my items. Washer and dryer worked great with powder supplied. I will definitely book again in the future.

The apartment was mostly clean, although the shower area was a little mouldy, but nothing major. The location was close to a few bus stops, one of which took you directly to Chermside Westfield (which is Brisbane's largest Westfield shopping centre). Another bus stop took you directly to the city. I liked that it is close to the Bowen Hills train station and Gasworks plaza. Surprisingly, the apartment I was in, I rarely could hear the construction work that was happening at the back of the building. I was a little worried about that when I first arrived but it was all good, plus I wasn't at the apartment most days. The staff were really helpful and it was a relief that I could leave my luggage at reception when check-in was too early.

Costs were reasonable. The floor manager that we met when checking out was a really friendly and pleasant guy. The appliances were all modern, clean and functional. cleaning staff were friendly when we were short of some supplies, reception staff were also friendly. Views from our balcony were good and private. we had breakfast on balcony. Balcony furniture was clean . TV was a good size with Foxtel

Although they didn't guarantee parking, we had no issue finding a park every day (we stayed 2 weeks. Comfy beds and lots of storage. Enjoyed the view over the Ekka grounds.
